We wrapped the system command in our own program and do an ENDCNN(*YES) for
every signoff.  Kicks you back from whence you came every time.

Or: CHGCMDDFT on the Signoff command to make ENDCNN(*YES) the default.  If
my brain still works, I believe there is enough system-level message
handling to deal with the ENDCNN from a non-passed-through connection.
