Yes, I agree.... Lots of companies make this mistake. They provide great training but then are unwilling to pay the trainee what the job is worth once they have acquired the skill. I bet over 1/2 the people on this list have moved from a "training ground" job to their current job because their former employers didn't follow up training with an increase in salary...
