All right, it's two GOTOS that follow a specific set of rules. A GOTO tells
the program to branch to a specific location in the code. An EXSR tells the
program to branch to a specific location in the code. The difference is, as
Brad points out, that it also remembers where it started and branches back.
I think you can simulate subroutines using GOTO and TAG, although it could
get very messy if the subroutine is called from a lot of places.

EXSR jumps to a spot in a program and returns to it's origniating point.
GOTOs do nothing of the sort.
