I disagree... unless they aren't interested in the maintenance issues that
creep in when you have to redo what IBM supplies.  Five minutes of your
Admin's time, or potentially countless hours of correcting code to meet
IBM's changes in coming releases.  You be the judge.  :)

I see your point,  but technically that's not accurate.  For example,
someone without a license for V4 shouldn't have it.  Don't know what harm
it would do, but....
