RE: Operational Descriptor for Data Structure using CEEDOD

This is an important enhancement that's needed to RPG IV, but you have to
understand, according to Hans, I am the only one that wants errors and
omissions fixed or added to the language. Hans is to busy working on the
highly desired CF-spec. So don't look for that fix. (TIC)
