There are many web servers available on the AS/400.

IBM has WebSphere, Netscape has an AS/400 version, I/Net has NetCommerce,
Lotus has the Domino server...

With Domino you can cluser the servers on the same machine and/or on
different machines. It is my understanding that you can even cluster
between the AS/400 and NT.

Domino has Java development built in. It has its own programming basic type
language as well as a scripting language.

An interesting note. WWW.IBM.COM is ran IBM-Planetwide/10.39
Domino-Go-Webserver/4.6 on AIX, while www.as400.ibm.com is running
IBM-HTTP-Server/1.0 on AS/400. ( Info supplied by http://www.netcraft.com )
