 Initialize System:

Go to the Software Installation manual, and follow the directions to do a
Manual Install.  However, when you get to the Install Licensed Internal
Code (LIC) screen, take option 2 which is "Install Licensed Internal Code
 and Initialize System".

This will WIPE everything off the system...
