Thanx Brendan.... This is exactly the "clue" I needed...

I have added a QCMDB routing entry to subsystem description QINTER. This
routing entry will call a program I wrote which will retrieve the
appropriate job attributes and then log an entry to the QADUJRN journal
indicating that someone attempted to run a batch job in a non batch
subsystem. Right now I'll allow the job to run and personally notify the
offender. If this practice doesn't stop then I'll modify my program to
cancel any batch job when it is submitted to a non batch subsystem.
