From The IBM site;

Not being able to buy the manual if you want it is NEVER  a good thing.   
I want to be able to BUY the book,  use my high-lighter pen on sections, 
make my own notes on the pages, etc.     This can't stand.
What till I see the Pub's guys at COMMON !!!!
