A caveat:

The CISC/V3R2 TCP/IP is OK if the user does NOT also have a RISC system.

If they do, they WILL notice the performance difference, and the CISC system
will NOT be adequate.

Kinda like once you drive a Cobra with a 427, everything else is slow.
