Only thing I can think of is that the user is not enrolled in the
Distribution Directory. (WRKDIRE).  Without that you get no access to
shared folders.  Workstations would continue to work.  Is it possible
that they are using different user profiles at those remote stations
since the upgrade?  What version did they upgrade from?
