Things may have changed since I worked on EDI (5 years ago) but back then
the books were like gold (and cost just about as much) and if you lost one
you were in DEEP yogurt.  If you find a place to view them on the web, I
would love to know.

Good luck.  We had to buy the standards because we couldn't find them
anywhere.
I think these standards organizations try to force you to buy the hardcopy
as a
method of supporting themselves...
