I concur with some of the other responses you have received.  Certainly the
Harbinger site can get you some of what you need, but if you are inclined to
spend the money, www.edifecs.com had the standards on CD with a relatively
decent browser to go with it.  I have a CD with standards up to 3070 and
will help you out if you need some help.
