"unpredictable system failure" often mean that the programmer doesn't 
understand what has happend: "Error in MY program? No way!!!
It must be an unpredictable system failure"

Thank you very much for your post on this Larry.  We just upgraded to V4R4
from V4R1 and we have SF00014 applied and we also loaded C9229440.  We
haven't had any problems... yet... but I don't think I want to find out what
"unpredictable system failure" actually means.
