On this list you most likely have at least a dozen excellent candidates.

It takes a couple of hours to set a system up if you have any performance
data available when the "Tuner" gets there, and some additional time over
the next  several weeks to be sure the tune is adjusted properly.  I
usually quote about 24 hours over 3 to 4 weeks to set up and primary tune a
system.  Remember that as users are added, DASD is used, and applications
changed and added to the system, your tune will go "out of tune", so
monitoring is a must.  Plan about 3 - 5 hours a month for that service.

Tell me are there any real expert system tuners out there?  Can a system be
tuned in a day at the very most a week?   I need some system tuning
information where is the best place?
