Michele; GO SERVICE will take you to the service director main menu. From here you can do numerous things to modify the configuration of Service Director. Also, specifically you can use the CHGSD command to not have it automatically dial out. I believe the design consideration here is to then have SD send a message to a person (userid) with the information.
