I  found this list of windowed date pivots  posted to another list which I
thought it might be nice to have "just incase" you interface with any of
these products/vendors.  I have e not  taken any effort to verify but this
looks like  Y2K.1

Statistically 56% of  package offerings are  windowed  !!
If  you  look at  a combonation of  windowing &  expansion it rises to 66%

I have been collecting a list of window rages for several years.  Finding
this type of information is rare (it was unusual for me to be able to update
this field).  I also found (but unfortunately did not track the information)
that some manufacturers use several methods to achieve compliance, even
within the same products.  Here are the window ranges I have recorded at one
time or another.

*       Ascent Solutions: PK-ZIP uses a fixed window 1980-2079
*       Artemis: Project View uses fixed window 1969 - 2068
*       Boole & Babbage: DASD Advisor uses fixed window 1950-2049
*       Cognos: PowerPlay uses a fixed window 1920 - 2019
*       Computer Corp of America: M204 uses an adjustable window
*       eSoft: TBBS, TDBS uses a fixed window 1979 - 2078
*       FileMaker: Pro uses current century after 2010
*       HP: C compiler uses a fixed window 1969-2036
*       IBM: INFOMGT uses a fixed window 1950-2049
*       IBM: RACF uses a fixed window 1971 - 2070
*       Information Builders: EDA/SQL uses an adjustable window
*       Jetform: Filler uses an adjustable window
*       Manager Software Products: various products use a fixed window
1949-2048
*       Merrill Consultants: MXG uses a fixed window 1959-2058
*       Microfocus (now Merant): COBOL Workbench uses a fixed window 1949 -
2048
*       Microsoft: Exchange uses a fixed window 1980-2079
*       NewDimensions (now ASG): Control/R, Control/M uses a fixed window
1956 - 2055
*       Oracle: various products uses a fixed window 1950-2049
*       Platinum (now CA): CCC/LCM uses a fixed window 1979 - 2050
*       SAS: various products use an adjustable window
*       Sterling: Gentran uses an adjustable window
*       Sybase: PowerBuilder, Sybase IQ uses a fixed window 1950 - 2049
*       Unify: various product use an adjustable window
*       Unisys: various product use a fixed window 1928 - 2027
*       Vanguard: RACF Administrator uses a fixed window 1971 - 2070
