I doubt it As to your comments about ToysRUs, I think people WILL return to try the ToysRUs site next Christmas. ToysRUs has been incredibly up front and frank about their problems and what they are doing to make sure it doesn't happen again. In my experience, if you clearly acknowledge your failures instead of trying to hide them, people will tend to be somewhat forgiving. However, heaven help them if they mess up again next Christmas!
