Even if the providers couldn't get off of port 23, hopefully they could setup a
port forwarding rule, so that one could telnet to the DSL router using, say,
port 2323, which would subsequently get forwarded to port 23 of the AS/400. That
might be the most logical solution. You have to set up port forwarding anyway if
you want to get to a machine behind a NAT firewall/router like that.
