  Well you have listed the most popular options and you certainly are
limited.
$900 for a T1 is reasonable assuming it goes to an ISP and includes the ISP
charges. At least you can GET a T1, I was quoted $60K to install and they
didn't
even calculate a monthly charge!

  Questions on the ISDN, why is it not always on?  It should be!  We use a
LOT of
ISDN and keep them up 24x7. Even if it DOES go down ISDN re-connects in
seconds
so you shouldn't even notice.  If one is not enough, you can 'gang them'
(Multilink) with the right hardware to get more bandwidth. Around here they
are
$50/month per 128K so you could get to 256 for $100, that's reasonable for
medium
bandwidth.
