How to buy OS/400 for AS/400 9402 Model 400 2130

Hello, Could you please let me know how to buy the OS/400 for AS/400 9402 
Model 400 2130, and  who are the people to reach in order to get a licence 
copy, and approximately, how much it will cost?  

The machine that I have, was bought from an auction, and this does not have 
an OS/400 on it.
