If you dont want to read the manuals...

Try a DSPSFWRSC, and F11 shows the library of the option.
For instance I dont know what Extended NLS is, but dspsfwrsc says the
libtrary is QSYSLOCALE. Do a wrkobjpdm and it's relatively easy to figure
out that it's some sort of Extended National Language Support.

Now I know what it is, and it's wasting about 11Mb, I think I might delete
it.

Not sure about the WRKLICINF, but I do know that this is the license
information, which is retained on your system forever. It doesnt relate to
the product itself, it just ensures that if you reloaded the product the
'old' license is still used. ie if a product is licensed for 10 users, and
you remove it, when you re-install it you are still licensed for 10 users.
Since a license can apply to an entire version or just a one-off release,
there may be a good reason why it suddenly becomes visible.
