I got this email from someone, and am not familiar with the controllers.
So, I'm posting it here. :) Thanks for any help.

I have a remote site running off a Perle 494E using an ISDN Bitsufer Pro
Motorola Modem and the line keeps dropping at the very same exact time twice
daily. I have called perle and they say its the modem, but I wanted to ask
you if there is anything within the as400 thats would cause this to happen.

What is puzzling is that when I reset the perle and modem and line, the
times of the line dropping moves up by the amount of time that the devices
were powered off. Its like its on some kind of timer if you would.
