Karen: We have a commercial product that does it. It allow you to set up defaults for certain spool file names and/or user data field, and specify the IP address of the system you wish to move the data to and the appropriate directory. The there is an API that you code into you program that generates the report. After you set up the defaults you basically just pass the spool file name to the API and off it goes to the IFS, or any other server on your network (or even the internet). The API allows you to override any of the parameters that were specified on the defaults for the spool file name. There is also a user interface that allows a user to move a spool file to the IFS or other server. Let me know off line if you have anymore interest. It is part of our email spool utilities product.
