Perhaps the 40S had a different licensing scheme than the 150?

What kind of 'K' is that? I guess it's the kind they use in the land
where they tend to think they are the world. I would happily sell my
newer V4R3 150'er with a valid license for OS/400+, RPG and ADT for
much less than half the price FOB. The last price I heard for a 40S
was USD 500, but that was "between friends".
