I've had lousy response time under these scenarios: 1-VPN encryption,
2-virus checking every remote keystroke onto the LAN, 3-SLIP on the AS/400.

Plain vanilla TCP/IP over PPP always gives me good response times, even at
26,400

Pete,

I have a Pentium 120 at home and we use PC Anywhere also, but the response
time absolutely stinks. I have to sit and watch the screen get painted. We
are going through our network. How are you set up with PC Anywhere?

Debbie
