nope. tried that. The user has few actions available to her through Ops Navigator. We do not configure any at all for users that have no reason to be in the machine beyond their few menu options or Visual Age client/server jobs. _______________________ Booth Martin Booth@MartinVT.com http://www.MartinVT.com _______________________ "John Taylor" <john.taylor@telusplanet.net> Sent by: owner-midrange-l@midrange.com 08/02/2000 08:56 PM Please respond to MIDRANGE-L To: <MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com> cc: Subject: RE: How do we change the Client Access Express default name log-on panel? Booth, I'm not at the office right now, so I can't give you step by step instructions, however I believe that the last time I did this it was through OpsNav. In the left pane of OpsNav, you should select the AS400 connection that you'd like to change, then click the right mouse button and select properties. I think that there is a section there called "Signon options" where this is configured. If you haven't received a better response by morning, contact me privately and I'll walk you through it.
