Paul Tykodi (ever savvy when it comes to printing) posted a note about this
not too long ago.  Also, The Printing Redbook V has this listed.

Looking at the question in the subject line, I've been looking at the output
format and I *think* the data matches the buffers described by the QSPGETSP
API.  Find that in the Printing API manual.  At first blush, it doesn't
match the layout in QSPL/Q04079N001.  I'll post what I find to the list.
