That would work if they were connected to my AS/400 which they are not.  All
being sent via email as attachment from the AS/400.

So many vendors, so little time.
Just create an icon on their desktop which does a CA transfer to an .XLS
file...
If you want, wrap it in a .BAT file to do the transfer, then jump into
Excel with the file.
If they're not using Excel, do the same with Lotus or whatever, using an
CSV(or take your pick) file.

Put either of the above, (or both) in a shared directory, so that when
they lose it they (or you) can just put it back.
