STRTCPSVR SERVER(*REXEC)

?

Your other query re CHGUSRPRF, I thought you might like
to know that there is a CHGPRF command which can be used
instead of CHGUSRPRF USER(&USER) & probably requires
less authority.
This is'nt a solution to your problem tho' !
