I read recently that Perle controllers would need to be upgraded (software?)
when moving to V4R4. Was this done?

I Have Perle Controller (Same as IBM 5494) . We have problem with APPC
Connection It's creating APPC Controller and 5494 RWS Controller and Devices
but only we can work with single device we can not able to activate another
devices.
Can you give me information or suggest that explain about configuring of
PERLE Controller?
AS400 7XX OS Version is V4R4.
