Do you have a maintenance contract on this control unit ? Do you only have one ?
We have 8 and keep one under contract so I can call Perle with questions. Their
Tech Support is EXECELLENT in my opinion !!!

Can you provide more information as to how you are connecting this Perle to the
AS/400 (i.e. Leased Line, TCP/IP, etc.) ?
