I created the QWCBTCMPTB data area as specified in the IBM document "Slow
IPLs/Work Control Block Table - Compression".

I changed the system values QACTJOB = 140 & QTOTJOB = 530.  I left the other
two "additional" values at 10.

Did a PWRDWNSYS RESTART(*YES) Sunday morning at 6 a.m.  Took about 20 minutes.

DMPSYSOBJ OBJ(QWCBT00) CONTEXT(QSYS) now shows that I have only one WCBT.
Wish I had known to check this before I made the changes.

WRKSBMJOB & WRKUSRJOB are now instantaneous!
