SNDDST TYPE(*LMSG) - V4R4 vs V4R5

*LMSG is still showing up when prompting for SNDDST so it appears to
just be an oversight in the documentation (which appears to have also
be lacking for V4R3 and V4R4).  The owner of the manual has been
notified.
