Neil,

Thanks for clearing that up.  Where do you install CE3 (PC or AS/400) and
why do you need the CE3.  Does that mean that CA creates a hole in data
encryption?

I'm not sure what's wrong with my reply, it is not getting to the list.
Guys I'm planning on V4R5 in about 3 months.  You should know that if you're
upgrading from any OS under V4, you have to step to V4R3 before going up the
releases.
