I have a problem using JDBC connecting from a 4.4 mahine to a 4.3 machine
the error is :-

 

 Message ID . . . . . . :   SQ30072

 Date sent  . . . . . . :   09/10/00      Time sent  . . . . . . :

 Message . . . . :   Distributed Data Management (DDM) parameter X'2146' not

   supported.

 

 Cause . . . . . :   DDM parameter X'2146' is not supported.  The location
code 
   is  with an error code of . The location code are:

     -- '01'X -- The error was detected at the application requester.

     -- '02'X -- The error was detected at the application server.

 Recovery  . . . :   See previous messages for more information. See the DDM

   Architecture Reference for additional information about DDM parameter

   X'2146'.

 


Although this message directs you to the 'DDM Architecture Reference' There
is
nothing there about this problem....

Any Ideas.
