Try this:

Select f.chl1uc,f.itnouc,sum(d.ofqsuc0101) as sumfld

From cognosanc.flinvbcsum f join cognosanc.flinvbcum d

  on f.chl1uc=d.chl1uc and f.itnouc=d.itnouc

where d.year='2000' and f.chl1uc='K00069'

group by f.chl1uc, f.itnouc ;
