I have not tried it, but apparently there is a PC based 400 test script tool in which you run the job in old version form & it captures screen images & human keystrokes, then you run the modified version & it plays the human keystrokes & compares images & tells you what is different or where it broke. You can edit the script to do a series of tests of different combinations. Unfortunately this was one of the things I found out AFTER our Y2K conversion ordeal. It could have saved a lot of heartache. I do not remember the name of the product but one place you can buy it is Unbeaten Path International. They also have "Needle in Haystack" software to study patterns of data in your files & locate anomalies. http://www.unbeatenpathintl.com/services.html Alister William Macintyre +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
