That particular time it was 0150 0700 FFFF, which I take to be the 7th drive on
the controller (ie location 16 in a 40S).  My original errors with the 3110
reference codes for the 6502 were for address 0150 0100 FFFF, or location 10.
Since reseating the 6502 most of the errors are showing for 0150 0400 FFFF, or
location 13.

Perhaps all three drives are bad -- or maybe it is the 6502.  I'm having a
dealer overnight me a 6502 so I have the part on hand.  If that doesn't do it,
I'll try replacing the 3 drives it has logged errors on.  I think I still have 3
spares on the shelf.  Doing a reload is not a big deal.  So unless I need more
than 3 drives, I should be back up one way or the other and may be in the market
for more 6606 drives to keep on hand...
