The Copy Spool File + the Copy to Import File might solve your need,
although they are from Rochester, not from NJ

Subject: spool file to spreadsheet conversion program

Does anyone know a company in NJ that has a program to convert spool files
to spreadsheet format. I spoke to them several months ago before it was
announced but have lost track of them and have not seen any announcements.
