You can do this.  When you've done your search, open the link in a new
window to see the full URL which in this case is
http://as400service.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.nsf/fd9885170ed46f758625680b000203
73/8946ad734ec80ae08625685e0063bd78?OpenDocument&Highlight=2,18300213

It starts with http and ends with the document ID 18300213.
