Hi
     I'm no expert on this but suggest you get someone on the customers
system to do a DSPNETA
and check out the Local Network ID and Default Mode parameters from this
display.
(the BLANK mode incidentally is the default one supplied by IBM, but
customers often change this to thier own named one.)

Anyway, if they are different to your own (DSPNETA again), when creating
the line/controller/devices, the defaults
need to be changed to reflect the other machines details IIRC.
