What has changed since it was last working ???? Physical
move ??? New wires ??? New terminal ???

When this happens, usually somebody did somthing to cause it....

Using twisted pair, has somebody changed anything at punch down
block(like a phone repair guy)... Is that line punched down ???

Are you out of address space on that port ????

Did you autoconfig or manual config ???
