TCP/IP Over Twinax

I was doing some research for a customer today and I ran across
the 5250 Express emulation card. DO I understand that you can use
this card and run TCP/IP ???? The question revolves around being able
to run the new Express Client Access without user purchasing an
ethernet adapter. IF I'm reading the specs correctly, this card will
work .. Anybody actually seen this card work running CA/400 Express ????
