What is the router server? I'm not familiar with this.

So the AS400 can now get to the outside world.  Now you want to use the
AS400 as the router for your window's clients to reach the outside.  Is this
what you are trying to do?  If so, you must configure and start the router
server on the AS400 and point the default route of your clients to your
AS400.

Ok,

I have set up my default route, specifying the Internet router in the next 
hop field. I can Ping the AS/400's 10m card, the one with the 
10.100.100.xxx IP address. However, I cannot ping the router from a windows 
PC and I can still not get to the Internet. Is there something wrong with 
my TCP config on the 400 or is the problem with my client config?
