RE: V4R5 Upgrade

Denise,

Must be nice to be able to do an upgrade in an afternoon.  We are open 7
days a week and
the only time we get for upgrades is generally on Holiday weekends or in
rare circumstances
a regular weekend that we have to steal from the users after much haggling.
Been here 15
years.  Tired of giving up Holidays.
