Thanks for your responses. The sales rep apparently was told about the message and called left a message asking I call back to work something out. He was out of the office by the time I could return the call.

Regarding the parallel port - it was up and running before on both the desktop and laptop and now on neither.

Checked out both AS/400 timeshare sites and will be signing up today!!
