You have (not so many) choices.
You can install a 5250 emulator on each PC (such as CA/400 or third party
emulators) and then create an rmtoutq or device (depends whether the
emulator support TelNet5250e).
You can use a solution called "Print2Lan" that gives you the possibility to
drive up to 7 LAN printers (it means printers connected with a Print Server
or through a PC). 1 of these 7 printers can also be connected to the
Parallel Port of the Box.
