is there a copy file in the unix command set you can use?  then you could upload your file into a temp directory in the unix box, and then after completion move it to the final directory...

I couldn't use any authority commands as i'm uploading
to a unix based server from our AS/400 system & and
the renaming files couldn't be done as they were
program generated multiple files with random file
names! Please advice !
