I don't think it would normally be considered a conversion tool per se, but it is an excellent printer file design aid with the look and feel of IBM's SDA. It's what IBM's miserable RLU should have been. The upshot in your case is that you can use RDA to edit the RPG output specs and then save them to an externally described printer file DDS. Personally, I would be a little wary of any tool that purports to _automatically_ convert RPG output specs to PRTF DDS specs.
